just bought a set of new lx lenses but didnt bother to buy the housings...anybody know where to get a cheap set? or got sum they want to sell?

Unless there is something wrong with youe existing housing you can use it with the LX len.

If there is nothing wrong with the housing then pull your old your old GT lenses off (there will be clips inside save them) remove all the old Butyl sealant from around the perimeter add new Butyl sealant or rope around the perimeter, reinstall the clips and then push the new LX lens in place, and your done.

how exactly do u get the lenses off...is there a certain spot u pull off first?

I start close to the license plate with a putty knife. You can use a screw driver but it seems to leave little nick marks either on the housing or the lens. It will required some prying on your part and I found the best way it to pry in a couple of different location to help break the seal, once you've broken the seal just pull slowly toward you so that you don't crack your old lens.
