with those heads you'll need some special headders i believe the mac shorties are what most use.
but i think the ones below would fit a tight budget a little better

cheap and quality DD other than gt40 would be world product heads. A cobra intake, e-cam and WP heads all for under ~$1300 is probable. That is if you are wanting iron heads. Opt for the aluminum IMO.

Trick Flow Steet Burner kit. 2500 dollars and comes with everything but someone to install it. Heads, Intake, Cam, Timing chain and gear set,Headbolts (arp), intake bolts, full roller rockers, poly locks, pushrods, Aluminum Valve covers, Gasket set and I'm sure I missed a few things. I havent seen one get to 300 rwhp but most of them come really close. Excellant in a daily driver, all high quality parts, No guesswork. Makes around 290+hp and around 310+lbft at the rear wheels. Very solid kit

Just so we're clear, you said you'd charge in the ballpark of $750.00 for that install on a car like mine? 12 hours shop labour + taxes about right? What injectors and fuel system upgrades would be required to fully maximize the potential this set up? Would the heads be as durable for 5+ hour long trips as the Victor Jr.'s we discussed?

That would have been 10 hours labor in my shop but I sold it as a package. For optimal performance I would run 24lb injectors and matching MAF. I have a good many customers who stayed with the 19# injectors for a while and they did fine. If they were going to be running WOT for any lenght of time it would be pushing the duty cycle of the injector. I would also move into a 70mm throttle body but again it's not something it has to have right away. As far as the fuel pump goes the stock one is fine if it's in good working order. With the optimal injectors, maf and a 70mm throttle body (Or coned factory unit) they hit 300 rwhp with a decent set of shorty headers.

As far as the heads durability as long as it's installed correctly and the cooling system is up to the task you could run it 24 hours a day seven days a week and only shut it down for an oil change every now and then.

i would go with the one port suggested. but i would also do the work myself, and learn from the experience. whats the point in modding your car if your going to pay someone to do it imo

Doing it yourself is great if you feel confident in the work. Getting into the heads or deeper can be scary if you haven't ever done it, especially if its a daily driver. Also most shops guarantee their work so when something stupid happens they pay up.
