Well I'm just about ready to build my engine but I need help with what valve springs to use and which rockers to use. I found these from browsing a forum on stangnet http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/...%201&source=sc I know that they will work with my gt40P heads and with my E303 cam, but I'm not sure what I need to be looking for as far a rockers go. any advise or information is appreciated.

Cool, those are what I thought you were talking about. any ideas on rockers? I know I need 1.6 pedestal mount but I dont know which ones are better than others.

^^^^I'm not a fan of pedastals due to weakness but with your current set up you'll be fine with them and back in the day when I ran pedastals on my stock ported e7 heads I ran the ford motorsport/ now ford racing pedastal roller rockers.
