Default Need help with clutch decision

I have an 88 GT with a couple large mods (votech V-1, exhuast, headers, heads) and just burnt my OEM clutch to the rivets and am looking into some stage 2 clutches to handle the power. i was looking into a centerforce dual friction clutch and wondering others opinions

I wouldn't even bother wasting a ton of money on a clutch for the T-5. You should just get a different trans while your at it. Even with a good clutch, the T-5 won't hold up long to those mods.

If you don't shift like an ape it will be fine...

I have a Spec Stage 2 and I'm happy with it...still chatters a bit in reverse but I haven't put that many miles on it. The grip is awesome.

I 've run low 11's @126 mph on a t-5 with no probs, and soon I will bust a 10 sec time out on a t-5 without breaking it, you just have to know how to drive it, it's easy to spend someone elses money on the net....anyway I did all the above on a KC clutch, just decided while the motor was out adding more power, might as well upgrade to CF DF
