was wondering what splines my 95 cobra came with for the axles? 28 or 31? also foxbody axles won't fit because they are shorter correct?

Your car comes stock with 28 spline axles. Fox axles will fit into your housing, but will not work with your brakes. you would have to run drums, which is dumb...

Fox axles use the same spline count, but are only 29-3/16'' long, where as your axles are 29-31/32.

was asking because i need an axle in my car and don't have the cash right now to buy a set so to limp it until i do was going to buy a used one and found a set for 40 off criagslist...but they were outta a 88 gt
