I just picked up a set of seats from a 95 gt and I'm putting them into my 93 lx. The new driver's seat is power and I'm wondering what wire I need to put where. Right now I have the power lumbar support in my seats so I already have a power and the ground available. I need to know what pins do what in the stock plug on the new seats from the 95. Thanks!
what are the wire colors? i cant remember off the bat right now. if they're blue and a white trace and black hook them up with black as ground and blue/w as power
Ok, I've got pics coming. It looks like the open connector for the new seat only has two wires, black and black with a white stripe (which I assume is negative). I figured there would be four. Check it out, pic will be here in a second.
ttt, anyone? Is the two wire set up used for the 94-98 seats? If so, that's fine, I can just use the existing lumbar wires and should be good. I know the 99+ use a 4-wire lead.
i would assume that the solid black would be negative. thats how i have always wired things
Easy enough to pull out my meter and test it. Just wanted to make sure there were no other leads that go there. I figured there would be 4-wires for the lumbar and the seat motor....seems too easy, I'm worried.
