Default Car stalls on start

so when I start my car if I dont rev it for a little bit before I get going it stalls. After I drive about a mile or 2 and just sit in neutral everything is fine. It sounds like my fuel pump is dying when I first start it when I'm sitting there. My volt meter also bounces up and down when I hear my pumps dying sound. Not a battery issue b/c its brand new. I do have an E303 cam in it and not sure if that has nething to do with it or maybe I just need a new fuel pump. Let me know what you think.

so loss of vacuum at the start will make the volt meter rise and fall and make the fuel pump sound like its dying?

all were asking you to do is check... while your under the hood check fuel pressure, vacuum lines, and get a voltmeter to test your alternator.

if your car is about ready to die, you will see a drop in voltage, your focusing on the wrong thing, do as I stated
