Default Rate My Project Engine For My 88 5.0

its almost bone stock now, but i wanna make it a 347 stroker with forged pistons, the GT-40X Turbo Swirl Aluminum Heads, the BBK SSI Intake Manifold, havent decided on a cam but it will pry be a mild one, roller lifters and rockers, maybe a chip havent decided, cold air, underdrive pulleys, 70mm thottle body, tb spacer, ive already got a msd booster box, and full 2 1/2 exhaust and bigger headers, and eventually in college i wanna put a super charger on it and i work at a machine shop so some of this will be pretty easy 2 do, thanks for all who looked, what do you guys think ill be puttin out for ponies im thinkin w/o the chip 415-425

415-425 seems achievable...but im not sure you can use the stock block and everything for a 347 Stroker...something to do with the pin placement? Im not that knowledgeable maybe somebody else can help you better. Heads sound good to me though...may want to get some porting work done on them although im not sure of their specs. And 347 Stroker..youll have to go with a roller cam

the stock block can handle 500 hp and you can acheive that hp with a s/c but i would use a aftermarket block though

76mm MAF would do nicely on that setup

I like this idea.

Also, can the chip. It's a waste of money, you can tune the car yourself and have more flexibility with it.
