Thumbs down rough ride question?

my 89 hatchback rides better after new shocks and struts, but if i go over any bumps in the road its still pretty rough. seems to rattle a lot. will sub-frame connectors make much difference?

Subframe connectors will keep the chassis from twisting under hard acceleration and cornering. If you want a softer ride use a softer shock/spring

That's what a very stiff, less reactive suspension does.

So you have a 20 year old car with new springs and shocks. It rides better but a little rough with a few rattles.

First of all, define your definition of a rough ride. What other car have you been in that is comparable?

What are the size of your tires, brand and pressure? Where brand are the shocks?

my car was better over bump's after maximum motorsport's full length XL subframes.

i would defently recommend them as the next move.

good luck.
