Default Suggestions for rear drag suspension

I am in the market for a good drag suspension setup. I have done research and looked at different products but am unsure what to get. I am looking to keep it under 2000. I also am getting 18x10 fr500 rims for the rear. I also want to make it coilover but I was wondering if anyone knew of a kit or how to put the coilovers closer to the case so I can run a wider tire.

I am running the UPR suspension kit and am very happy with it.. On the rear the coil is not in the way the wheel well is.. you need to beat the wheel in with a BIG hammer to clear bigger tires. You can get adjustable upper and lower control arm this will allow you to fine tune the rear end.. and get some kind of adjustable rear shock this will also help out..

i dont think those rims will fit on a fox...... unless you are planning on putting mini tubs on the car, not to mention those arnt a good size rim for drag racing. You should look at some kind of weld 15 by 8 rim (thats what i have) fits perfectly under the car.

Look at team Z and their products!!!!!!!!!! also look at chassis works.

If you would like to go all out, look at maximum motorsports torque arm, subframe conectors, panhard bar, coil over kit, and lower control arms (all adjustable) a lil expensive, but you can adjust every aspect of the system

Those rims are just for street. I beleive I have seen them on fox's in other threads. Its either 18x10 or 17x10.5.

Also can somebody clear up this thing I heard. I heard using a panhard bard and torque arms does away with upper control arms? Is it better to do away with them or keep them?

I also run UPR products out back, and I'm happy with them. Full length subframe connectors, chrome-moly lower control arms, chrome-moly adjustable uppers, upper and lower torque box reinforcements (fully welded inside). I run Lakewood 50/50 drag shocks with the factory rear springs, and Nitto drag radials. It hooks well and I'm happy with my setup. If I change anything, it will be the rear springs, I currently have about 2-1/2" from the top of my rear tire to the fender. I'd like to lower it a bit.

why would you run 18" or even 17" wheels if you want a drag suspension? you should be running a 15" wheel with et streets then go buy upr rear suspenision with 90/10 struts upfront whatever suspension you get teamz or upr run solid bushings

The 17 or 18 inch rims are for the street and when I go to the track I will throw on the 15's and skinnies up front.

Heres my full set up front and back.tell me what you think-

front-Mustang QA1 K Member Kit with lakewood 90/10 struts

rear-Team Z Complete Rear Package - Strip Series #1 for the back with UPR Mustang Pro Series Rear Coil Over Kit comes with 12 way adjustable QA1 shocks

Now with the 90/10 struts up front will I be able to lower the front end. I want to lower the front 1 inch.

Also will maximum motorsports torque arms and panhard bar be over kill. Car is stock right now and engine in still in garage being built.
