Default 2 problems

My car went way up in oil pressure out of nowhere today....it way out of the normal range sitting on the H. Why would it do this.... it only did it for about 5 min and went back down normal..any suggestion?

My car heats up sometimes a little too hot like to the "A" in NORMAL and then comes back down to normal...thermo sticking?

Make sure you find out what your oil pressure actually is, if the relief valve stuck shut and it over pressures you can blow the gallery plugs out, and then you'll have 0 oil pressure.

Sounds like a cluster connection issue.I would take it out and clean the connections before I did anything else.Check to see that the charging system isn't overcharging the system as that will compound the other possible issues.Make sure all of the ground connections are clean and resistance free.
