I currently have a '95 GT with a ton of mods..as you can see in my sig..but I'm in love with the later fox bodies and really want to buy a '92 GT specifically..I then want to put a big ol' cowl hood on it..it just looks amazing to me..now back to my '95..my best friend is dying to get a Mustang and said he'd give me 7500 for it...I paid 5000..I also have money saved up to then start to mod the '92..I'm looking for 120,000 miles or less, 5-speed, preferably bone stock, but doesn't matter because I'm gonna do what I want to do to it..anyways two more questions...how much should I be expecting to pay for it? and...if I buy say a flowmaster cat-back..I HATE FLOWMASTER..I can weld in the SLP resonators, right? as long as the openings are the same diameter? one more..should I go through with it?

first of all, FLOWMASTER IS GOD!!! u own a 5.0, how can u possibly not like flow's? well anyway, id sell it for 7500. 92 gt is a good choice, try to find a black interior. AHHHH ur probably looking at about $4-5k for a stock 92gt with less than 120k on it. maybe $5500 at most, if any more than its a ripoff. i dont know about ur slp resonators though. get a fox.

I talked to one of the reps from SLP awhile back because I wanted to do the same thing, he said that the slp exhaust will work with custom exhausts. just make sure all the tubing is the same size.

Flowmasters are like @-holes, everyone does have them..but not everyone likes them, I mean damn, it is an @-hole lol..But the reason I don't like flowmaster even though I have a 5.0 is because I have a 95 and they make SLP for it (the earliest they go I think) so I got it, now I'm in love with it..Blue50lx, you said you talked to an SLP rep, do I have to have all the pipes custom (the catback pipes) or can I buy a catback and just make sure that the sizes are all the same, I know a muffler shop where the guy would do it all for me, but I was just wondering..I plan on getting it black on black, then repainting the black with a rich, shiny black, they getting Cobra R rims..thats all for looks (and the cowl hood) then I go under the hood...thanks for your help guys..anyone else have oppinions?

Oh, and it would be a full exhaust not jsut a catback..LT headers, O/R H, a more mild cam..I mean I'm 17, I can't keep payin for the gas the way I am..I know its a V8 but the E303 is killin me!

I would go through with it. I honestly don't like the sn-95 body style. Selling it for 7500 is good and you are looking around 5k for a 5.0 like you want.

YES another person has seen the light. Race Magnums are the best muffler I have ever used, nice deep rumble and no tinny sound, plus I have seen them out floe the Flowmaster.

i love slp's. just sick. but ya, sell that ****** truckin sn-95 and get the fox! by the way, 3" cowl is the way to go
