oil return line should route to your front sump of the oil pan, not sure why you want it to go to the valve cover.

i theory it would work since he will have a pump to pump the oil from the turbo back to the motor. the only problems i see is that the oil return line will plug up one breather hole so all your blow by will need to escape out just one breather hole. the other problem would be that if the oil return holes in the head cant keep up with the extra oil flow there could be problems with valve cover leaks

that t04e is going to be way too small. i run two of those on my motor

duals of what you currently have or a 60+mm. (just off of other builds i've seen) my neighbors build used a 76mm and it spools around 2600-2800rpms. little too big for a stock motor IMO.

and yea im taking lucky's response as an agreements to what i stated. personally i would run it to the front sump and not the rear. thats my opinion though.

i believe i have found a remedy as to the turbo size, it is as follows:

Compressor:
- Wheel: 60-1 / T04S
- Housing: .70 ar
- Big T04S / 60-1 Housing w/ 4.00" Inlet & 2.50" Outlet
Turbine
- Wheel: P-Trim
- Housing A/R: Your Pick From Below
- Housing Style: Your Pick From Below
(Let us know what A/R you want when you make payment)

Your Pick Of Exhaust Housing & A/R:
#1: T4 Divided with .70, .84, 1.00, 1.15, 1.32 OR 1.52 A/R
#2: T4 Undivided .61 or .70 A/R
Center Section
- Oil Cooled
i finally found what sts turbo systems big secret turbo was and this is it,,now just need the final details, ide like the same turbo they run on the camaros.

suggestions comments on final size?

ya i was agreeing with 5pointohh.

http://vortechsuperchargers.com/supp...%20Ford%20Cars
click on the install instructions for 86-93 mustangs and on page 2 of the manual (14 of 30 on the top of the pdf window) there is a picture that shows where to punch the hole

as far as the turbos goes, i would look at 62-67mm both will get you to 400rwhp+ and still spool up well. 60mm should work but if you plan to go past 400rwhp in the future i wouldnt buy it. thats a good size turbo for a stock 5.0 and thats about it. just remember, i run twin 57mm and your talking about running just one 60mm
