On the nintendo controller my left O2 sensor is always reading .00. either on or off or smashing, or idle. is something not hooked up right or is it a bad sensor?

 

Pull codes to see what the ecu thinks.
After that, swap the O2's with each other. If condition moves to the other back with the sensor, then suspect the sensor.
If condition doesn't follow the sensor, then start looking at wiring...
