Done. Got it all done tonight, just have to cut the holes in the carpet on the pass side and clean up the ones on the drivers. Pad it, ready to go. Was a biznitch to get back in, after it was welded it decided it wanted to warp so the holes didn't much want to line up any more, nothing a punch can't fix though. Installing the quarters is another story. Had to tint my windows as well, taking the bar out to get it welded and to paint it, hit both quarters with the pads, so I tinted them last night. So my suggestion, if you decide you want it, assemble it BEFORE installing it in the car, that way you know how to remove it, as it is a puzzle getting it out.

Test-fitting seat and door armrest:

Ready to weld!:

Hole drilled in quarter:

Now for the completed stuff.

Swing out bar/pad:

Bar (don't mind the jeans... I put them on there so it didn't scratch my restored quarters... except I forgot to take it off before I bolted it down... so out came the scissors)

More..

Through Quarter:

Speaker set in place:

Here you can see what I had to do to the speakers:

Through carpet..

I'll have some more either tomorrow or Sunday after I put it all back together. Gotta install the driveshaft loop and PMS tomorrow, then she'll be ready to rock.
