The store is probably right, if it was an auto parts store and they looked it up under the computer, all the info. on the computer is, is like a big repair/owners manual. I know that a 350 is .045, so maybe that'll help. Otherwise gap it at whatever they reccomend. I buy all pregapped plugs so yeah...

the stock gap is .50 not .44 and i would gap them at .50 for a stock ingnition and .54 for a advanced ingition like a MSD or ACCEL

Wow i can't belive so many people gap there plugs so far since i have always gapped mine at 0.40 and never had a problem and it probally made the motor run a tad smoother and alittle bit more pep.

its that far for a reason. going smaller is hurting performance unless youre a boosted or N20 fed car.....too far and its not enough for stock ignitions

I just put new plugs in my 93LX. It's blown and juiced. I just put the pre-gaps in and didn't worry about gapping them differntly. Should I? I'm running 5 lbs boost and an 80 shot of nitrous. The car does seem to be burning a little rich but I'm going to start a new topic on that one. So, what gap should I run?
