I went to infineon raceway the other day and saw that they had alot of differnt race gas for sale for cars, and I thought it was a really good deal considering the overall crazy prices for food etc. My question is, i'm not sure if I could put 118 for my car or not, only because the little bottles say like oh only two or only 1 or something and i'm just wondering how much of this race gas I could put in my tank?

none of thoses with your mods..if your going racing get there with a 1/4 tank of 93 and 1/2 can of 104 octane boost also bring about 5 gal gas with you to go home on. unhook you headers and bump up time to 16 and go play<img border="0" src=smileys/smiley16.gif border="0">

T5, when you went to sears point, how long were the staging lanes backed up with ricers. I went once, and that was enough for me. Sure wish they had a few decent tracks around here to spread it out a little.

Ya there were a couple ricers this time but more muscle type cars for sure... Mustangs, Mopars, rancheros, 2 SHOs , 3 buick gran nationals, 1 Callaway Corvette running in the 10s! Lightnings, datsons with vette motors in them, VW bugs running low 14s. Fastest thing there was a 5.0 I swer . And it must had been girls night out or something cause they were all girls almost. The chick with the 5.0 was running in the 9s on nitrous, even the bikes couldnt hit the 9s that night

O.K., maybe I might show up again. Was that the typical wednesday night (haven't checked lately)?

And don't waste your bucks on the racing fuel with that compression. Like vfast said, use the 92 (CA), and go for it. If you use the octane boost, try using just the premium gas the following week. You might show an increase in times and speed, as high octane hates low compression, unless you're giving it a shot or s/c'd. When I bumped my stock motor up to 14* timing, some folks told me to run 92 and octane booster. I did for years and after some research I switched back to 87. It actually runs stronger. By the way, how did it run?
