Gears will be the best bang for you buck, 3.73's or 4.10's depending on how much highway travel you do.

3.73s are nice. The highway isn't bad. I cruise at about 2400 Rpm at 70 mph.

Gears would be the best seat of pants mod. 4.10's would be great fun but your top end would suffer, 3.73's will pull hard and allow you some highway use while 3.55's won't pull as hard on a stock car than on a modded car but if you have mods, you can get up to 160+mph. Has good top end.

thats no dilemma at all. 3.73s for sure. do the math, lets say you were turning 5000rpm with a 3.55 gears, to do the same speed with 3.73s youd be just above 5200rpm. your really having a 200rpm difference dilemma??

well you said the easiest thing..well installing gears is no joke. i just got 4.10's and its the best mod i've done so far, its my DD and i moved up from 3.73's and theres no looking back. just leave a little early and do the speed limit, helps with the MPG issue. runnin 75mph at 3000rmps.. but the speedlimit is 65. throttle bodies make a world of difference too. so far my biggest gains as far as feeling it and adding is gears and TB.

if its an automatic then id say 4.10's. if its a 5 spd id say 3.73. at 75 mph on the freeway i get 20 mpg and rpm's are at about 2600.
