Default throttle body

is an aftermarket throttle body even worth buying? if i remember correctly, you cant go over a 65 mm on a stock manifold??? i have a stock 88 lx. still havent decided on taking the nitrous or turbo route, and the car is still currently sd. thanks guys

well i'm not sure about your models, but man on mine it made a big difference. i have a 1600cfm from accufaub, single blade, and just cut the intake bridge so it'd open all the way. boosted the low end torque alot. rides better over all and you can tell the pickup i gained from stock. gears and TB are the biggest gainers for me so far... however i do hav a procharger not installed yet. in time.. in time...
