Gears and more horsepower/torque? Same as a standard gearbox.

Transgo or Baumann Electronics shift kit, a higher stall converter, and a good aftermarket trans cooler, and a set of 3.73 or 4.10 gears.

Default want to hit the track soon

last spring i ran a 15.6 /88 and then a 15.43/89 with cat back, cai and 65mm tb with my 90 aod hatch. it was the first time i was there so i was a bit unexperienced. just letting my car cool down i lost .200 off my ets. i was a bit nervous and didnt run it too hard dy just leavin it in OD. id like to go back soon and try a manual shift this time. and i have had my timing advanced, and a new fuel filter. id like to think im in the 14.9-15.1 range and the low 90s. any advice how to run? what times i might get?
