hey guys after i did my aod to t5 swap and every thing i got her running and it has a intermediate miss as in after a lil bit u can time it when it misses i polled the computer out of it and took a good at it..it has some discoloring to andand smells like it has been really hot so if its not the computer what is it

 

Any numbers of things.. if you can actually time when the miss is going to come, its almost guaranteed to be a bad plug or plug wire.
