Default Is this a good water temp gauge?

I dont know what is more accurate/ better, a mechanical temp gauge or electric, I am choosing out this autometer gauge> http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ATM-4337/?image=large or this digital gauge > http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CYB-A020E060Y/

I think i can get a more accurate number out of the digital vs the auto meter, voice your opinions please, Thanks

I've always used the mech gauges and they have always been accurate to the "T", IN fact all mine are the ford racing ones
