at around 36 seconds it gets the worse... No loss in power, it sounds like it is coming from the left front side.

bad pulley bearing or the AC clutch. If you have a long screwdriver or a pry-bar of some sorts, place the tip on the nearest non-moving part of each accessory/idler etc.. and place your ear to the other end of the bar you are using.
You will be able to hear, plain as day, through the bar, when you have found the culprit.

It sounds like it is coming from the area of the smog pump, but I will check all. What is the fix, new set of pulleys?

if its the smog pump, its an internal bearing. best move there is a smog delete, unless you have to pass emissions testing/visual equipment check.

I would say smog pump, my brothers 87 sounded like that then it seized and snapped his belt.

I live in Cali, so I have to pass the smog...

If I just buy the whole replacement piece will that take care of it?

Like this one?
http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/item/LRS-9486B
and then just take the pulley itself off of the old one and put it one the new?

Thanks again
