Default 91 ford gt???

Hello to all, this is my first post. I am getting a 91 mustang g.t. for FREE and had some questions. I am new to ford so i am not sure what companys to go with. the motor needs a bottom end so i want to get a 347 stroker kit. who makes a nice kit... also I am going to do headers, exhaust, shifter, programmer, and cai. any sugg. on who i should go with. thanks

i dont think a programmer should be high on the list. gears should be up there. the other stuff is up to you really. the only thing i would suggest is long tube headers.

jegs, summit and e-bay pretty much built my car.i would start with the supporting mods first.fuel system, ignition system,etc.. you can have overkill here if you want. it will save you later when the power isnt enough and you slap a 76mm turbo on there.

dont get a programmer, total waste of money.

if you go the 347 route, be prepared to get decent heads. we already had one guy build a 347 and put small heads on it and only got 280rwhp.

Heads are huge on these cars. Do a Holley Systemmax intake too.The ports are huge on that intake.
