Default lca's install

looking to get better traction. will lower control arms be worth the price? i have never installed them, is it complicated? what about upper control arms, and the quad shocks?

get real good lowers, like the UMI performance lift bars.. and keep your stock uppers

on a budget, can i go with some granatellis or something cheaper. do i have to get rid of the quad shocks? can gettin lca's hurt anything?

You will still have wheel hop and then have to replace the crappy bushings in the crappy lower control arms. Spending the money is worth it.

i just spent 154 on the late model resto arms and i love them 0 wheel hop w/o quad shocks and 275s

Search the classified section of some Mustang sites. You can find some great deals on quality used control arms.Off Corral forums I got a set of Steeda aluminum lowers for $100 and Southside uppers for $70, all in great shape. Installed with new shocks, removed quads, no wheel hop.

I love my Summit's. They were cheap yes but I grease them regularly and the bushings haven't cracked or anything for 2+ years.
