Broke 3 valve springs in 3 months!!??

These heads are trickflow heads that came with the springs rockers and pushrods allready assembled, so i'd hope that trickflow wouldnt give me pushrods that are the wrong length u know.. .. The car makes 292rwhp 311tq running an E cam, many cars from the 70's and 80's with stock parts dont come close to that, if was running under 200hp i wouldnt worry about a spring breaking.. but still these heads should easily handle that power.. thats why i was wondering if anyone had a possible explanation.. my only guess is to lower the rev limiter, its currently at 6000, and im definatly replacing all the springs

assembled wow is right.. i meant included.. i gotta stop writing these things on a not so sober state of mind hahha.. obviously 291 isnt impressive, compared to the cars that tony71502 were talking about it is,.. but im not making that much power, thats why i am baffled at breaking springs..

well since you put it that way mjr haha.. seriously though your right.. idk if the springs are wrong or what. but either way im gonna replace them all and if they break again then i know i have a bigger problem than just springs..

when I have my heads set up, I often send them to a local guy who specializes in aluminum heads, thsat's all he does and he sets the springs up and checks all the specs, IE ...seat pressure, coil bind, open and closed pressures as well asvalve seal clearance and anything else pertinant....since I've had him do all my head work, I haven't had an issue....and he curently is set up my eddy rpm heads for a 306 build I'm doing
