vacuum lines????

i just recently installed long tube headers on my 88 gt and bypassed the smog pump. i was wondering about the vacuum line that from the smog pump plumbing. the one line that runs from the plumbing to that 4 line connector. do you just cap it off or what. any help or picture diagrams would be great. thanks for the info.
