Default Cam - Piston Interference

I was looking in Summit the other day at some FRPP cams, and a guy told me that for an '86, motor, you'd have to get different pistons. Is this true, for any of the 303 cams?

Its already got 1.6 rockers, they come stock. An 86 has flat top pistons and slightly higher compression ration (9.2) compared to other 5.0's (9.0). In order to run any cam, even a B cam, your gonna have to either fly cut your stock pistons or get different ones with valve reliefs in them.

I'm guessing the way to go is just get somedifferent pistons right? And while I'm at it just go through the whole thing, thouroughly.
