Default what size plugs??

i have a 88gt that i bypassed the smog pump and removed the pipe that runs into the back of the heads from the factory h pipe when i installed long tube headers and off road h pipe. what size plugs do i need to put in the back of the heads?

and what if i left the tube bolted to the back of the heads and just blocked it off on the passenger side above the header? that would be the same as plugging the back of the heads right??
