The Check Engine light in my 95 GT Convertible with Auto Trans has been comming off and on for the last few weeks now. I finally got around to running the KOEO and KOER diagnostic tests today, which yielded the following codes:

OD Codes
542 - I think this one is a fuel pump circuit failure code

M Codes
176 - O2 Sensor Indicates System Lean (Left Side)
177 - O2 Sensor Indicates System Rich (Left Side)
542 - Fuel Pump Circuit Failure
543 - When the PCM Commanded Fuel Pump On, Voltage was not detected on FPM

R Codes
116 - ECT Out of Self Test Range 0.3 to 3.7 Volts
137 - O2 Sensor Circuit Indicates System Rich (Left Side)
632 - Overdrive Cancel Switch Not Changing State (E4OD)

I was thinking possibly a bad left O2 or a wiring issue to the fuel pump, but haven't had a chance to look into either of the two yet.

The car seems to be running well without any major problems, so this one has me stumped. So any thoughts, advice, or corrections to any of the code descriptions I have listed above would be greatly appreciated!

P.S.
Heres a few things I figured I'd list in case they are in any way relevant to my current problems:
- The car is stock aside from an aftermarket X-Pipe and Cold Air.
- The car was running without Catalytic Converters for a while due to the off-road X-Pipe being installed, but I had new Cats installed about 3 weeks ago (Check Engine Light was already comming on before this). Also, the wiring harness connecter to the headlight switch shorted out and partially melted about a week ago, but has been repaired.
