Default will maximum motorsports coil overs lower my car?

I was looking to convert my front and back suspension using the Maximum MotorSports coil over kits, but I was wondering what kind of lowering will I see? It's an LX hatch and I wanna get ride of that huge stance that the lack of ground effects makes, so I'm looking to get somewhere along the lines of this in terms of ride height:

coilovers are normally adjustable and allow you to adjust your ride height depending on the application of the car.

yeah, it's a little low for me too, It almost looks like a low rider than a muscle car. I am looking to get quite low though, so the car doesn't have a 4x4 stance since there's no body kit like the GT. Car is my daily driver too so I gotta keep it reasonable

talking with Bernie about the subject of coilovers. he reccommended that if the car is still running stock or non drag style front wheels to stay with conventional springs, otherwise there is a risk of clearance issues between the rim/tire and the coilover spring.

if your car has skinnies up front then you'll be fine

I was actually gonna get some offset rims, Maximum Motorsports has some wheels on their site with suggested dimensions to clear coil overs
