Default Need Rebuild Advice

Well I found out the hard way my rings are fried so I am doing a rebuild. My plans are to keep it n/a I have a bramd new set of AFR 165's 1.7 rollers. I was going to go ahead and bore it .30 to get some extra cubes since im already buying new pistons. I was gonna get forged pistons but the rebuild kit is $220 more and I have a 93 engine that has hypereuctic pistons in it anyway. Also the compression is listed as 10.13 to 1 with forged and 9.08 to 1 with the hypers with 58.2cc heads. I have 60cc heads and want a good compression ratio for the street. Not sure on the cam yet just want to focus on this first. Also heard hyper pistons were lighter and rev faster not sure if its true. Just want some advice on what to do

Forged are stronger so if you ever plan of NOS or boost, I would buy them now. .030 is a good idea. 306 sounds better than 302
Stock is 9.0 to 1 compression. 10.0 to 1 would make more power but detonation may be an issue. With aluminum heads, it would probably be fine though.
The hyper pistons apparently swell a but more when they heat up thus giving a little better ring seal over time.

yeah I dont plan on putting nos or boost on it and its 10.13 to 1 with the forged with 58.2 cc heads so what would the compression be with 60 cc heads 10.21?

(IMO)Get ARP's, it's always worth the effort to replace the head bolts, rod bolts, and the main cap bolts, don't want to go through the whole rebuild just to have a bolt break and ruin everything.
