Default Fords with T5 transmission

Hello everyone. I have a quick question what Ford vehicles have T5 Transmission that will swap into 90 Mustang? My brother recently bought a 90 Mustang GT with AOD and he wants to switch to T5 Transmission it’s his daily driver everything is stock and he plans on keep in it this way. We have a local junk yard, but I don’t know what Fords have T5 trans. with 2.95:1 first gear ratio. Any help will be appreciated.

It’s very hard to find 5.0 mustang around here, so all of them came with 3.35? If so what fords came with them maybe at least I will pick up a bell housing, cross member etc. and buy a gearbox online somewhere. thanks

If you can shell the coin, a Tremec 3550 upgrade would be a smart move.
Lot smoother and can handle more torque, in case he decides to bump up the HP later...
