I cant see replacing one bolt at a time causing any issues especially if it is a header with a one piece flange.

Got a question, if torque wins races why isn't everyone running diesel motors that have massive torque and small horsepower?

it would be wise to remove ALL of the bolts and inspect the gasket. Since you had some bolts loosen up on you, it might have gotten burnt up a little bit, and will never seal again.

If the gasket looks good, slap some red RTV silicone on it (thin coat) and jam that biotch back in place. Also, locking header bolts are ALWAYS a good idea!
