Default what cam?

is there a better cam than the old e cam, one that will perform better than that one

u really need to provide more information for anyone to be a help lol. However, with stock heads getting a cam is pretty pointless. If you are planning on doing a h/c/i setup there are limitless cams depending on your situation, setup, where you live, etc.

TFS stage 1 over E303. But yes, more info is needed on your set-up.
