Help!!!! ***Torque Specs***

I am working on my 1990 5.0. I have a ccilton and a haynes manual and they are giving me conflicting torque specs....
What r the T/S for the valve covers and what r the T/S for the top intake manifold????

all you really got to do is tighten it with a socket wrench and not break them

oh yeah, and follow some sort of sequence.

No. the is a certain amount of pressure that needs to be applied....
