Default car dying at idle

i have a 91 gt has sorty headerys h pipe flowmaster muffers dumps e303 cam cold air in take bbk 65 mm trodleboby 70 mm maf. car runs great at hi rpm when you let out of the gas it dies i put new o2 sensors have the timing at 14 car idle between 500 and 750 rpm it kind of jumps up and down i think it geting to much fuel and dont know it not trowing any codes maby some one can help thanks

Run a KOER/KOEO tests and check for codes that way.

is this while its cold or warmed up to operating temperatures? I had a similar issue recently and for me, it turned out to be an overheating fuel pump. i swapped that out and it works like a dream. check your fuel pressure at idle
