Default keep eating starters

my stang goes though a starter about once every 6 months any1 have any ideas i have been getting them though advanced they never pull enough amps when they test them

yea then when it hits about 4 or 5 months it starts to act up

it dont seem like it the car starts right up after a couple of cranks

thats not really what he meant (or so I took it)

How often do you start the car? twice a day like I do.. more?

also, are you shimming the starter correctly if needed? How do the teeth on your flywheel look?

a flywheel with a few missing teeth, starters becoming loose, starter stays engaged after engine starts are some things that might happen

x2 with adder, sounds like the starter is not shimmed correctly

*edit* could be on a angle, and wearing out quicker
