Default Tuner/Scanner for a 93

Are there any products similar to the SCT stuff for the older Mustangs. 87-93, specifically 93?

Like to be able to read codes, scan sensors in real time and make changes to the tune.

Used to use breakout box at dealer. Hook in series with harness to computer and could capture data and read back to limited extent. Problem is it is cost prohibitive. I have AMS programmable system that can be used to tune and read data like obd 2. Use analog volt meter or count cel flashes for codes. AMS is $845 again cost . Can change tune as combination changes so what you want can be had several ways through various companies. Sure there are many different fans to each company. Surely more replies are coming.

Well most importantly I want to read any problem codes for now. I'll look into an ABD1 code reader, thanks.

If you want to tune the Quarterhorse from Moates.net is the end all be all.

It won't show you trouble codes, but you should be able to search this forum to see how to pull them w/o a scanner.

It will allow you to datalog all sensors and almost every parameter used by the computer.

Good luck...
