83 GT 5 lug conversion?

I want to convert my 83 to 5 lug but almost everything i see is about 87 and newer mustangs. What is the best way to go about converting the 83?

Follow the same directions as the 87+. Rear ends are the same. Front suspension is essentially the same. Body is essentially the same.
