Default problem stalling after new mods

I recently installed a bbk shorty headers, Off road h pipe and SLP exahaust, new water pump, radiator, new 02 sensors, plugs and wires, high flow cone air filter in place of the factory air box. i have a problem of it stalling if i let off the gas. sometimes it ideals fine, others it stops after a second. what would cause it to do this? any basic tips on troubleshooting would help
BTW NO check engine light

i did snap one of those thin plastic hoses that came off the that solenniod looking thing from the smog pump. i didnt think it would do much though.. i will check it out. it seems if i set the ideal by letting the gas down slowly from the start it will ideal for ever, its when i just start the car and dont press the gas at all, and jumps up and down then dies.
I will double check the vacum lines
