ok sorry i just went out to the car and turn the temp **** and i can hear the cable turning... is that normal???

When the I turn the heat on low it will get warm but when I turn the blower up the air gets cooler

did you check the heater hoses inlet vs outlet temp??

Sounds like the door isn't opening. On low the air gets ambient heat and then on hi there is too much air for the little bit of heat to do anything.

ok so i drove the car to work today there are two heater lines one from the water pump top and one going to the intake bottom... the bottom one felt hotter like it burned me lol... the top one though felt very hot but not in a ouch kind of way.... hope that makes sense.... also while driving turned the temp **** to cold and the air got really cold and then went back to hot and the air got warmer all on low... tony how could i check this door do i have to take out the dash for this??

lol ok.... lets say they are the same temps what do i need to do next??? and assuming that if they are different temps that it is cloged and i have to replace it.

if clogged, try flushing first if not clogged either you have an air pocket induced into the system and if a recurrent issue = possible blown head gasket and if so not be the case, look into the blend door operation

wouldnt the car get hot and i would see coolant in the oil for a blown head gasket.....and when you say flush the system you mean drain all my coolant how do you flush the heater core... how do i check the blend door operation???

nope not always, depends on where the blow is, if it happens around the firing ring that'll often allow compression/combustion gases into the cooling system......anyway to flush heater core , carefully remove the hoses going into the firewall and stick a garden hose in one side and watch until clean water and good flow come out the other tube
