Best ignition components?

What are peoples experiences here with the companies selling plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and coil for their 5.0? Which is best?

I notice a big variation in prices for some of these items, for example, Accel wires are selling on eBay for $18, Ford Racing ones for up to $50 more! Both are 8mm high performance, so I don't get it.

Ditto! .... I think my Ford Racing wires are 9mm.

dont get the ford racing wires they have to much resistance

Someone else on here said they are the best wires to use! I guess, like everything, it comes down to opinion...

no it comes down to performance vfast said they are crap bc of the resistance

yea just cause they are larger from FRPP doesnt mean they have the least amount of resistance. that is what is important. the least amount of resistance is important for anything that carries electrical voltage
