Default Sputtering When It Warms Up.

I have had this problem for about a week now and its really staring to bug me. I can start it up in the morning and everything is fine. When I go to get on it when the engine is cool, the car runs amazing. But when it starts to warm up, it starts to sputter in the higher rpms.

I have new cap, rotor, plugs, wires, and all the tune up stuff. Im sort of thinking its the ignition module, but im not sure.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You're probably right.

I have had this problem on modern cars and trucks. When the engine is cold, as in a cold start, the oxygen sensors are not being monitored. The ECU runs the system in an "open loop" until the car warms up. After it warms up the ECU goes into "closed loop" and starts taking readings from your oxygen sensors (O2 Sensors), if your oxygen sensors are bad or not reading right (reading too lean or too rich), it will cause sputtering and loss of power along with bad fuel mileage. So you might try having them checked out see if that helps any.
