back fire trough intake and running like sh** no power????

im sure you dont want it running at 220, try bigger fan it is possible that cfm on current setup is not high enough, also possible that the radiator flush didnt get all the scale out. Also check voltage to fan to ensure that it is getting correct voltage, lower voltage-lower fan speed. Is your fan on all the time or by temp switch?
