Default Fault Code 87

I just pulled a code 87 with an engine off test but I cant find my code book and could not find anything on the net. If someone could let me know what it is and a fix for it I would appreciate it.

87 indicates a primary fuel pump circuit failure.
possible causes include:

Inertia Fuel shutoff switch has been tripped
Open or shorted circuit
Bad fuel pump relay
Bad PCM

Measure the voltage at the fuel pump connector. You should see greater than 11 volts.

Alright thanks ill check it. I forgot to mention that the car drives fine and runs as usual. Fuel pump primes to. If the circuit was bad the fuel pump would not be functioning I assume.

Clear codes, retest with a KOEO self test and LUK.
