Default 93 5.0L Starts and dies when key is released.

OK I started my 93 Fox but it dies as soon as the key is released, almost like the key is being turned off, I have power to the ECM, TFI module, coil and everywhere on the ignition switch the wiring diagrams show 12v to be.

History on the car is it was a 4cylinder, 5 speed car when I bought it is had a 5.0L in it with the injector harness only, no trans just a roller. I have installed a 92/93 EEC harness and O2 harness(2 relays near MAF) A9P ECM.

I was told to replace the TFI module if I had 12v at the coil so I replaced the TFI module tonight and no better.

All the run circuits at the ignition switch have 12v unless I'm missing something.

I replaced the ignition switch since everyone I know and all on forums say that is my problem, still dies after releasing the key. I have 12v at all run circuits from the switch, the coil, TFI module, and ECM(disconnected), 12v at the injectors too, none of it goes away when the key is released(not too sure at the ECM since I don't have a break out box).

The car is originally a 4 cylinder car, with a 92/93 engine harness(2 relays by MAF), I'm wondering if I'm missing a power from the dash harness to the engine harness, does anyone have a wiring pinout of the dash to engine connectors? I cannot find one on AllData.

I have also been using this diagram trying to figure out what is going on with it at home since our AllData subscription only works at the dealership.

I need the pin out of the dash to engine harness intermediate connector(green 8 way) number 39 in this diagram

There is only one PIP in the distributor and if it is bad it would not start at all.

When you release the key does the coil wire still have 12v on it and does the fuel pump still run?

Sounds kinda like what the racecar at work was doing. The guy had the solenoid wired wrong and as soon as he released the switch and opened the solenoid the car would die. he had the 12v for the MSD box hooked to the starter side of the solenoid.
