Default 95 GT Seat (1 side of the track doesn't move freely)

The driver's seat has an issue that I could use some help with. It is an electric seat and the inner track (towards the center console) doesn't want to move -- the other side moves fine but it is hindered by the stuck/slow side. It moves a little but not freely enough and makes the seat stop before it is fully forward or back.

I don't see anything stuck in the track and it looks really clean.

I had the same issue in my 95 the motor would kick in but seat wouldnt move, ended up the rail was actully broken there for the seat being stuck on the broken crack. Check to make sure the frames not broken.

Nope I didn't try, the worm gear is the long skinny one that spins on the threads right? I'll give it a try. Could one side of the motor have less power or is the problem with the tracks itself?

The seat moves but one side just moves a lot slower and makes the seat slide sideways until its too crooked to go forward anymore. I didn't seat any cracks though. They look brand new (surprisingly because nothing else in the car did).
