Question rear end questions...

ok so for some reason my car doesnt get a one wheel peal...

which makes me think that the rear end has been rebuilt, the previous owner said that the person before them had rebuilt the transmission, which turned out to be true when i had a new clutch put in it back in june. so if they rebuilt the tranny why wouldn't they rebuild the rear end too bcuz they probably tore that **** up too if they tore up the tranny...

which makes me wonder if i have aftermarket gears in the back...

is there anyway to test this without ripping open the axle housing?

Jack up your rear end and check the revolutions of the wheel to the driveshaft. I always get it backwards when telling other people how but I just know how to do when I'm under the car. Anyways, mark the bottom of your tire with tape or chalk, mark the bottom of the drivshaft. Out the car in neutral and spin the wheel or driveshaft, and how ever many revolutions your driveshaft makes to one tire spin tells you the gears, or its visa versa.

no thats correct.

just because it wasnt wore out doesnt mean it got rebuilt. my current car had 128k on it when i got it and original 2.73's and both tires spun all the time

Trac locs did come from the factory so both wheels are supposed to spin. Most are just worn out now a days so you get used to seeing the one wheel wonder. Sometimes it just takes a fluid change with some friction modifier to get it working again.
