WELL I GOT A QUESTION ABOUT MY 89 LX... I WAS WONDERING IF I CAN SWAP OUT MY OLD INSTRUMENT CLUSTER WHICH READS 85 MPH TO A 140 MPH CLUSTER? IS IT INTERCHANGABLE OR IS THERE SOME KIND OF MODIFICATION TO IT???

 

I WAS WONDERING IF YOU KNEW HOW TO SHUT YOUR CAPS LOCK OFF?

 

The clusters are interchangeable, though you will need to make sure its 87-89, the 90-93 cluster has a different shape because of the steering wheel having air bags. But it can be done, I have an 89LX and 88GT, I found a 140MPH cluster online and did the swap, good luck and take the caps locks off... its the same as yelling

 

o ok well is the cluster off a Gt mustang or can i get it off a Lx also?

 

??? I have put the cluster in both of my car... 88GT and 89LX, they are the same as long as they are 87-89.
